Full Wedding Planning & Coordination

We offer full service wedding planning packages to guide you through the entire planning process. We will walk you through items such as: budget creation, to vendor selection, event design, logistics, task management, and everything in between. 

Our full-service wedding planning package is ideal for the all couples such as: working couples, out-of-town couples, and couples who just need that extra professional help planning the entire process. You can enjoy your engagement, while we take care of all the details!

Partial Planning ( 6 months )

This package offers support to couples who have intentions of planning their entire wedding independently, but would like to call upon our professional services throughout the planning process. This package is not designed to replace the role of a full-time Wedding Planner, but to offer partial support services.

Month of Coordination also known as  "Day of Coordination"

The month before your wedding is the most hectic. We recommend this package to those couples who have taken care of ALL the wedding arrangements but want a coordinator the month before / wedding day to ensure the wedding proceeds as planned.

Our services can include, but are not limited to:

• Assistance with selecting a color scheme, theme and style of the wedding

• Create a personalized planning schedule (monthly guide for all tasks)

• Create a budget plan and payment reminders

• Research venues and vendors

• Make necessary arrangements for wedding couple to meet with vendors (we are not affiliated nor do we receive any referral fees from vendors)

• Ceremony, venue and vendor confirmations

• Vendor liaison, review of proposals and contracts

• Finalize floorplans and specific logistics

• Wedding day detailed schedule and distribution to vendors

• Assistance at every stage of the planning process

• Unlimited phone meetings and in-person meetings

• Assistance with creating a wedding website

• Prepare wedding day agenda for all bridal party members

• Coordinate transportation logistics

• Assistance in selection of items such as: bridal attire / formalwear and seamstress, hairstylist and makeup artist, jewelry and bridal accessories, wedding invitations, wedding stationary etc.

• Ensure all deliveries / vendors are on time and setup properly

• Final payment and gratuity distribution (if needed)

• Collecting all your décor items from you the day before your wedding

• Placement of all personal décor such as: programs, menus, seating chart, favors, etc.

• Running / attending your rehearsal

• Coordinating all the final touches of your wedding day

• Pinning on boutonnieres and corsages

• We are the first onsite to greet guests arriving.

• Lining up your wedding party for the grand entrance

• Support for your mc

• Monitoring the cocktail hour and reception dinner so it flows well

• Assist the wedding couple the entire wedding day
